The International Organization for the Study of the Old Testament (IOSOT) has put out their call for papers (see here) for the IOSOT 2022 Congress meeting. These meetings only occur every 3 years and are a good opportunity for those who are able to attend. What will be of particular interest to many who read this website is the IOSCS congress meeting which coincides with the broader IOSOT meeting. These congress meetings usually turn into a large congress volume that collects all the papers presented.
Here is the call for papers:
IOSOT invites you to submit abstracts for short papers; the deadline is 31 January 2022. Please choose one of the topics 1-22 on the list which you see here on the page and which you will find on the drop-down menu during the electronic submissions process. The abstract should not be longer than 250 words. The congress languages are English, French and German. We encourage those who wish to submit a proposal for a short paper in French or German to do just that and not to fel obliged to use English. We allow 20-25 minutes for the short papers and 5-10 minutes for Q & A.Topics to which papers can be submitted are:
