Marking Thought and Talk in New Testament Greek

Back when people found her dissertation online about a year ago or so there was significant discussion of it both on several (NT) Greek blogs and on the B-Greek list. Then again when it looked like it would appear published by Paternoster (e.g. HERE), the discussion started up again.

When it never materialized from Paternoster, I was quite disappointed. So with all of that in mind, I was pleased as punch to see that Margaret Sim’s dissertation still gets to the see the light of day as a published monograph. Paternoster isn’t the publisher any more:

Marking Thought and Talk in New Testament Greek: New Light from Linguistics on the Particles ‘hina’ and ‘hoti’ by Margaret G. Sim

I will be hoping to see a copy under the tree for Christmas this year…
