I uploaded my powerpoint slides from the Cambridge Greek Verb Conference to academia.edu (link at the bottom). The ‘gradience of grammatical contrasts’ didn’t make it into the final paper for the published book, but that was basically a summary of Carl Bache’s monograph,  The Study of Aspect, Tense and Action: Towards a Theory of the Semantics of Grammatical Categories and there’s a very similar summary in my thesis (also on academia.edu HERE), so you’re not missing anything that isn’t available elsewhere. Bache’s method really needs to be used more, by the way. It would provide a surer foundation for those wanting to research the structure of Ancient Greek (oddly, Porter’s monograph, Verbal Aspect, cites an early version of Bache’s method, but doens’t actually use it).
